Process / Second Edition Coming to Banja Luka!

all news / 30.01.2024.

We are thrilled to announce the upcoming second edition of the “Process” exhibition, set to take place in Banja Luka.

Mark your calendars for a symbolic date! In celebration of Museum Day, the exhibition will grandly open its doors on Thursday, February 8, at 7:00 pm in the Museum of Contemporary Art of the Republic of Srpska.

Be prepared to witness the unveiling of the new visual identity of the Museum of Contemporary Art of the Republic of Srpska, alongside the visual identities of other esteemed cultural institutions involved in this project: the Trebinje Cultural Center (BIH), the Pavle Beljanski Memorial Collection (RS), and the Art Colony Danilovgrad (ME).

Discover the multi-year journey of the project, where talented teams of young designers collaborated on various aspects of the visual identity of these institutions, with active guidance from local and European mentors. Through the redesign of visual identities, the ReCulture project’s young designers, in partnership with these four institutions, contribute to a transformative process. Their aim? To showcase that a modern visual language communicates more effectively with the public, elevating the visibility and value of the institution’s heritage on both regional and international levels.

Excitingly, the representative exhibition will feature a 3D mapping experience, including animated projections and dynamic graphics of the new logo, skillfully crafted by Mladen Đukić, a professor from the Academy of Arts in Banja Luka, along with his talented team.

SAVE THE DATE! THE EXHIBITION WILL BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC FROM FEBRUARY 8 TO MARCH 28, 2024.
Don’t miss the opportunity to immerse yourself in the rich cultural journey crafted by the ReCulture project and its collaborating institutions.
